Water won't wait.
Neither do we.

(509) 822-1608

Same number, any hour. Tell Tim what is happening and he'll walk you through the first move while help is on the way.

Do these first

Four moves that limit the damage.

1

Shut off the water

Main valve is usually where the line enters the house, or at the meter. Turn clockwise until it stops.

2

Kill power near the water

If water is near outlets, the panel, or the water heater, flip the breaker. Don’t step in it first.

3

Open a low faucet

Drain pressure out of the lines so the leak slows to a trickle.

4

Move what you can

Rugs, boxes, electronics. Towels at the edge can keep water from spreading.
